How to report an incident
Send the exact URL, the time and timezone, the browser or device, and a screenshot of the visible error. This helps distinguish a cache issue from a runtime, data, or provider issue.
What status means
A green page or a successful HTTP response does not mean every downstream feature is configured. We will use explicit labels such as operational, degraded, or unavailable as the monitoring surface matures.
